Conversions
Don't need a new, remanufactured, or used machine. Convert an existing machine to increase profitability with one of Vanguard's machine conversions. Common conversions are: 1200 speed factor (standard frame), 1500 speed factor (V Frame), Industrial 35 inch roll capacity, Jumbo 45 inch roll capacity, and AC variable speed inverter drive system.

High Speed Knitting Element Conversion
Increase production with a High Speed Knitting Element Conversion to 1200 speed factor on standard frame machines and 1500 speed factor on V Frame machines. Configurations vary depending on machine model converted.

Increased Machine Capacity Conversion
Increase efficiency by converting a 20 inch roll capacity machine to an Industrial 35 inch Roll Capacity or a Jumbo 45 inch Roll Capacity (V Frame Only) machine. Configurations vary depending on machine model converted.

Repairs to Cylinders
Not sure whether a cylinder can be repaired? Send the damaged cylinder to us and let our experienced inspectors determine whether it can be repaired or not. If it can be repaired, we will fix it and return it promptly to you.
