Vanguard Pai Lung manufactures high speed single and double knit circular knitting machines used in the production of underwear, T-shirts, fleece wear, sportswear, casual wear, industrial fabrics, medical fabrics, and packaging fabrics. Large diameter machines are available with three options of frames: 20 inch roll capacity (SJ4A-D), 35 inch roll capacity (SJ4A-DI), 45 inch roll capacity (SJ4A-DI2) and 55 inch roll capacity (SJ4A-DI3). Small diameter machines are available with two options of frames: 23 inch roll capacity (industrial) and 35 inch roll capacity (jumbo).

High speed jersey and fleece machines with cylinder diameters of 11 inches to 36 inches (280 mm to 915 mm).

Large Diameter Double Knit Machines
High speed rib and interlock machines with cylinder diameters of 11 inches to 30 inches (280 mm to 762 mm).

Small Diameter Single Knit Machines
Small diameter jersey machines with cylinder diameters of 4 inches to 10 inches (102 mm to 254 mm).

Small Diameter Double Knit Machines
Small diameter rib machines with cylinder diameters of 4 inches to 10 inches (127 mm to 254 mm).
